The Court of Appeal on Wednesday will decide on the case filed by Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) challenging the election of President Muhammadu Buhari of the APC.
Atiku Abubakar filed the complaint after the INEC had declared President Buhari a winner on February 23, 2019.

The PDP lawyer said President Buhari had failed to produce evidence of some of the schools he claimed to be present in the form he submitted to INEC.
The observation is now back to the justices of the appeals court, who will decide on Wednesday's verdict.
