Reports from Zamfara state in northern Nigeria say a car accident has claimed dozens of lives.
The victim, Nasiru Aliyu Bukkuyum, told the BBC that the Funtua oil tanker had come to an end with a Golf passenger car.

"Then our car crashed and it caught fire. Now there were three of us in the driveway, two of us in the driveway, but my father who was on the other side of the car never got out.
"I made sure he died because the car had already burned down," the boy said.
