Former Sudanese President Omar Albashir receives millions of dollars from Saudi Arabia, according to a court official.
The former president appeared in court on Monday, where he was accused of corruption, a charge his lawyers denied.
He was overthrown in April 2019 after nearly 30 years in power.
In June of this year, the authorities announced that millions of dollars had been found inside his home in a suitcase.
The agreement was reached on Sunday to form a coalition of soldiers and civilians.
He is accused of receiving "unlawful gifts and" possession of foreign money. "
In April, the army's chief of staff Abdel Fattah al Burhan announced that they had stolen about $ 113 million from Al Bashir's house.
Lawyers for the former president have denied the allegations.
He was scheduled to appear in court in July but was arraigned for security reasons.
Any other charges?
In May, the government's attorney general announced that he had charged Al Bashir with inciting riots and taking part in the killing of anti-government protesters.
The allegations come after an investigation into the death of a doctor, killed during protests, which led to the overthrow of Al Bashir in April.
An interviewer told the BBC that although the doctor raised his hand to the police he explained that he was a doctor but they shot him.
